PART A — JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Position
Designation: Partner Verification Executive (PVE)
Role Type: Field-Based
Location: Assigned City / Area
Reporting To: Trrip Operations Team
Role Objective
The PVE is responsible for physically visiting locations assigned by Trrip and collecting fresh, accurate and complete
information directly from the partner. The objective is to provide Trrip with reliable, up-to-date partner information,
images and customer-useful details.
Visits Needed
The PVE will be assigned approximately 50–60 restaurants and/or shops to visit as part of the assigned field activity.
All assigned locations must be physically visited and properly verified according to this SOP.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Physical Verification
• Visit restaurants, shops and other locations assigned by Trrip.
• Physically verify that the location is operational.
• Confirm the business name and address.
• Meet the owner, manager or authorized contact person.
• Collect the correct contact person's name and number.
• Capture geo-tagged proof of the visit.
B. Partner Data Collection
• Business name
• Contact person's name and number
• WhatsApp number, if available
• Complete address and landmark
• Operating days and timings
• Services/products offered
• Other relevant partner details
C. Images & Menu Collection
• Capture minimum 5 fresh interior/location images.
• Capture exterior/name-board image.
• Capture relevant product, service and facility images where applicable.
• Collect the latest menu, rate card or brochure where applicable.
• Use Microsoft Lens, Adobe Scan or an equivalent scanning application.
• Ensure all images are clear, relevant and readable.
PART B — STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
PHASE 1 — Receive Assignment
• Receive the list of restaurants, shops or other locations from Trrip.
• The assigned list will generally contain approximately 50–60 locations.
• Review the assigned locations.
• Plan the route and visits.
• Visit locations according to the assigned schedule.
PHASE 2 — Physical Visit
Step 1: Reach the Location
• Physically visit the assigned location.
• Online verification does not count as a completed visit.
Step 2: Geo-Tagged Proof
• Keep location/GPS enabled.
• Capture a fresh exterior image showing the name board/entrance wherever possible.
Step 3: Meet the Partner
• Speak with the owner, manager or authorized representative.
• Explain that you are collecting updated information for Trrip.
PHASE 3 — Collect & Verify Information
• Confirm directly with the partner: name, address, contact person, contact number, WhatsApp number, operating
hours, services/products and other relevant information.
• Do not simply copy information from Google or other online platforms.
PHASE 4 — Images & Menu Collection
• Capture 1 exterior/name-board image.
• Capture minimum 5 fresh interior/location images.
• Capture relevant product, service and facility images where applicable.
• Collect the latest menu, rate card or brochure where applicable.
• Use Microsoft Lens, Adobe Scan or an equivalent scanning application.
• Ensure there is no blur, glare or unnecessary shadow and that relevant pages are fully visible and readable.
• Do not submit images downloaded from Google, Instagram, Zomato, Swiggy, Justdial or other websites/platforms
as fresh PVE photographs.
PHASE 5 — Data Submission
• Submit partner details, contact details, address, services/products offered, fresh photographs, geo-tagged proof,
menu/rate card where applicable and additional notes.
• If information is unavailable, write “Not Provided.”
• Never guess, assume or fabricate information.
