Role Overview
Position: Partners or Counsel at Law
Location: South Jakarta, Setiabudi
Expertise: Oil, Gas, and Energy
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7–10 years in high-profile Oil, Gas and Energy transactions at reputable law firms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian laws, including the Civil Code, Company Law, and Oil, Gas, and Energy regulations.
- Advanced legal drafting and research capabilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proactive and solution-oriented leadership qualities.
- Participation in international moot courts is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to provide strategic legal advice on significant transactions in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors.
- Transaction Management:
- Draft and review transaction documents, ensure compliance, and coordinate closure activities.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and prepare detailed reports for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Perform thorough regulatory analyses and support legal strategies for market entry and operations.
- Provide tailored guidance to clients and stakeholders throughout all phases of transactions, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Managing Senior and Junior Associates for efficiency and good teamwork
