Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to process performance data and create clear, easy-to-understand table visualizations.
- Possess the analytical insight to identify demand and supply trends based on field facts.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or logistics (preferably from the ride-hailing or e-commerce industry).
- Basic skills in extracting data using queries (e.g., Superset).
- Proficiency in writing in English for emails and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report daily and weekly performance for transport services.
- Analyze operational activities and provide practical solutions based on existing issues.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure supply and demand balancing at Transport Hub areas.
- Build strong relationships with driver-partners to implement various collaborative programs.
