Job Desc :
- Consistently educates and monitors Drivers, especially low-productivity Dax, to improve trips
- Coaches Driver on effective working patterns
- Guides Driver to meet program targets for trips, online hours, and completion rate.
- Quickly resolves app issues and rental vehicle problems to minimize downtime and protect Driver's productivity.
- Provide Kopdar with community every week and support engangement activity
- Make sure communication relate program is smooth and no demo.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) / Associate Degree (preferably majoring in Communication, Management, International Relations, or a related field)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Partner Engagement, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong organizational or internship experience in external relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM software (nice to have), or basic data analysis tools.
- Attributes & Personality:Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, and empathetic. Proactive, highly self-motivated, and target-driven.
