Job Desc :

1. Analyze driver acquisition and engagement performance across channels, locations, and campaigns
2. Build recurring reports and dashboards to track funnel, conversion, activation, and productivity metrics
3. Identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities, then translate findings into clear recommendations
4. Support ad hoc analysis for field operations, hiring activities, incentive programs, and engagement initiatives
5. Work with stakeholders to define business questions, data requirements, and success metrics
6. Ensure reporting accuracy and highlight anomalies or data quality issues early
7. Present insights in a simple and business-friendly way to support decision-making

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
2. 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operations analytics
3. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Hands-on experience with SQL and spreadsheet tools
5. Experience creating reports or dashboards using BI tools
6. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
