Join our team to create and grow engaging content across Instagram and TikTok.
What You'll Do
Create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and other social content.
Follow social media trends and turn relevant trends into creative brand content.
Develop content ideas around products, stores, customers, events, and promotions.
Write simple and engaging captions and content hooks.
Manage regular posting and maintain an active social media presence.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Occasionally appear on camera or work with team members and creators to produce content.
Content may cover drinks, products, promotions, stores, campus activities, events, lifestyle, and other brand-related topics.
Requirements
Active user of Instagram and TikTok with a strong understanding of short-form content.
Creative, energetic, and sensitive to social media trends.
Able to shoot and edit short videos independently.
Strong sense of visual presentation, storytelling, hooks, and pacing.
Comfortable creating content in real-world environments such as stores and events.
Able to write clear and engaging captions.
Familiar with basic social media metrics and willing to improve content based on performance.
Experience managing social media accounts or creating content is a strong advantage.
Good English is preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain a consistent content schedule.
Comfortable working in a workplace culture rooted in Christian values.
