Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Mendapatkan Leads Client relevan
Membuat Scripting konten B2B & B2C
Menyusun strategi konten bulanan dan kalender publikasi berdasarkan campaign marketing & branding perusahaan
Membuat rencana konten dan brief kreatif untuk tim desain & editor video
Melakukan riset tren dan analisis pesaing untuk mengembangkan ide konten yang sesuai dengan target audiens
Memantau performa konten dan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness
Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Marketing, HR, Business Development, dan IT) agar konten strategi sejalan dengan tujuan perusahaan
Berperan sebagai talent utama dalam pembuatan konten (baik secara visual/face maupun voice over)
Melakukan proses shooting konten secara rutin, baik di kantor maupun di lokasi eksternal (±2 kali per minggu)

Kualifikasi:

Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan komunikasi, pemasaran, bisnis, DKV, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman di posisi yang sama atau relevan
Memahami dasar strategi konten, analisis media sosial, dan branding digital
Terampil menggunakan Google Workspace, canva, dan tools scheduling/analytics (Meta Business Suite, Notion, atau sejenisnya)
Peka terhadap tren media sosial dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir strategis
Kreatif, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target dan tenggat waktu
Percaya diri tampil di depan kamera dan/atau memiliki kemampuan voice over yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang jelas, ekspresif, dan engaging
Bersedia bekerja part-time secara hybrid di Sleman, Yogyakarta
WAJIB melampirkan portofolio (Link Behance/Drive/Canva/dll) pada saat mengisi lamaran
