We are looking for a well-rounded and passionate Part-Time Retail Operations Coordinator to join us in growing a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand.

— key responsibilities
As a Part-Time Retail Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in managing the operations of our e-commerce and offline retail channels, including but not limited to: fulfilling sales orders; managing product listings; handling and updating the inventory management system; and creating purchase orders and delivery orders
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of data in Point-of-Sale system and inventory management system
- Manage allocation of stocks across all online and offline selling channels by calculating inventory turnover rate while ensuring inventory control
- Compile monthly sales reports
- Manage and maintain productive relationships with retail partners
- Conduct store visits to ensure products are being presented in retail stockists according to brand guidelines and fulfilling commercial standards
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of storeroom
- Provide feedback regarding customer buying patterns and preferences
- Respond to and process all enquiries from stockists
- Assist in product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships and other initiatives to help build the brand, drive sales, and increase engagement, when required
- Provide operational support in retail customer service and sales, when required

- Knowledge of basic excel skills
- Prior work experience in retail or with e-commerce platform/inventory management system would be advantageous
— requirements
- Able to commit on Mondays and Thursdays every week, 9 am to 6 pm
- Able to start work immediately or in early-June 2022 with a minimum commitment of 3 months
