Job Description (Responsibilities)
- Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in Industrial Engineering subjects (in English).
- Prepare teaching materials, syllabus, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, case studies, and research.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations.
- Participate in academic activities such as curriculum development, seminars, and program evaluation.
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Support accreditation processes and academic administration when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering or related field with a strong technical background in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
- Preferably having teaching experience at higher education level or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge in areas such as operations management, supply chain, systems optimization, or data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written), as it is the medium of instruction.
- Able to work collaboratively and engage students in an interactive learning environment.
- Committed, responsible, and able to manage teaching schedules effectively.
