Job Description (Responsibilities)
- Deliver lectures and facilitate learning activities in Accounting subjects (in English).
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, assignments, and examinations aligned with curriculum standards.
- Guide and support students in academic projects, case studies, and classroom discussions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, quizzes, and examinations.
- Participate in academic activities such as curriculum review, seminars, and faculty meetings when required.
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.
- Support academic administration and accreditation-related activities as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold academic integrity in teaching and student engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Preferably having teaching experience at university level or relevant professional/industry experience.
- Strong knowledge in Accounting areas such as Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Accounting Information Systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as English is the medium of instruction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to engage students in an interactive and professional learning environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
- Responsible, committed, and able to manage teaching schedules effectively.
