Job Description:
- Assist in food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning) according to SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
- Support cooking and plating processes under the supervision of the kitchen team.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients in line with hygiene standards.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during working hours.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain quality and service speed.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; culinary or hospitality background is a plus.
- Previous experience in kitchen/F&B is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good attitude, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
