Part Time Junior Barista

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Barita to join our lively team at RO3ST Coffee in South Tangerang, Banten. This part-time role is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the hospitality industry and wants to gain valuable experience in the bar and beverage sector.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of beverages to customers with exceptional service and attention to detail.
2. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
3. Providing recommendations to customers on drink selections.
4. Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment, preferably in a barista role.
2. A passion for mixology and an excellent knowledge of a wide range of beverages and ingredients.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Familiarity with bar equipment and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a keen eye for detail.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
