About Cinchy
Cinchy is a Bali scooter rental brand focused on creating smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for tourists. We are looking for a creative and proactive person to support our social media growth, email marketing, and marketing campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, marketing tools, and experimenting with growth ideas in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
1.Social Media (Main Focus)
- Help plan monthly content ideas
- Support Instagram & TikTok growth
- Create creative briefs with the team
- Monitor content performance and trends
- Organise Key footages
- Help implement simple automation tools such as ManyChat
2.Email Marketing
- Assist with monthly newsletters and promotional emails
- Support customer engagement and retention campaigns
- Help organize email marketing activities
3.Marketing Campaigns
- Contribute ideas for monthly campaigns and promotions
- Support marketing activities across social media, KOL, partnerships, and SEM
- Research trends and new marketing ideas
Who We’re Looking For
- Creative, hands-on, and proactive
- Passionate about marketing, branding, and growth
- Interested in social media and content creation
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or similar tools
- Organized and able to work remotely
- Experience with email marketing or automation tools is a plus
