We are looking for a motivated and creative Content & Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow an international luxury travel media business and a luxury hospitality business. This is a long-term, part-time remote position requiring approximately 20 hours per week with flexible working hours.
Compensation
• Base salary: IDR 3,500,000 per month ( for part time)
• Performance bonuses based on results
• Opportunity for salary increases as responsibilities and performance grow
About the Role
You will help increase website traffic, grow our social media presence, expand our newsletter audience, and improve affiliate marketing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Website Management
• Upload and format articles in WordPress
• Optimize articles for SEO
• Update and improve existing content
• Research travel and villa-related topics
• Assist with creating new articles and content
Social Media Marketing
• Create engaging social media posts from existing articles
• Design simple graphics using Canva
• Schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Repurpose blog content into multiple social media posts
• Help grow audience engagement
Newsletter Marketing
• Create and send monthly newsletters
• Promote affiliate offers and special deals
• Monitor newsletter performance and suggest improvements
Affiliate Marketing
• Add and manage affiliate links
• Research new affiliate opportunities
• Help increase affiliate revenue
• Monitor affiliate performance
Requirements
• Excellent written English
• Experience using WordPress
• Familiarity with Canva
• Good understanding of social media platforms
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection
Preferred
• Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or villa rentals
• Experience with affiliate marketing
• Basic graphic design skills
Bonus Structure
In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses may be awarded based on:
• Growth in website income
• Growth in affiliate revenue
• Growth in direct bookings
