We are looking for responsible and proactive university students to join our café team at Li p po Icon Gajah Mada.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders and serve food and beverages.
Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Follow company SOPs and service standards.
Support teammates and supervisors in daily store operations.
Notice what needs to be done and take initiative without always waiting for instructions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled university students are strongly preferred.
Good spoken English is required.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate politely and professionally with supervisors and teammates.
Able to follow SOPs consistently while communicating suggestions respectfully.
Proactive and willing to help beyond assigned tasks when the store needs support.
Previous F&B, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
