We are looking for a Part-Time Barista to join our team and help us deliver excellent service and high-quality beverages. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a dynamic café environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and café beverages with consistency and care
- Provide warm, attentive, and friendly customer service at all times
- Assist with café operations, including cashiering, cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar area
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming café atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- At least prior training as a Barista (formal or on-the-job)
- Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
- Must be able to communicate in English (spoken; additional languages a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be based in Bali
