Deskripsi pekerjaan Part-time Barista PT Karya Baik Jona
We are seeking for 2 (two) part-time baristas, working 3-4x a week at our location newly-opened space for conversations, art, and community through a slow and unique customer experience. As our part-time Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage products, mantain cleanliness and organisation of the space, assist with inventory management, and event operations. You will be working directly with the Head Barista in daily operations, including contirbuting to administrative tasks when needed.
We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and proficiency or fluency in spoken as well as written English. Experience in smaller and independent coffee/beverage shops are highly desirable, as we are seeking for candidates who are hands-on and are adaptable in their tasks.
