Part Analist Supervisor - Agriculture Heavy Equipment

About the role

Kotrack Machinery Indonesia is seeking an experienced Part Analyst Supervisor - Agriculture Heavy Equipment to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing parts inventory, supply chain operations and team coordination for our agriculture heavy equipment division. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts analysis function, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team to maintain the highest standards of service and accuracy. This role is integral to supporting our customers' equipment maintenance and operational requirements across the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the parts analysis team, ensuring all staff meet performance targets and maintain professional standards
• Manage inventory levels of agriculture heavy equipment parts, including forecasting, procurement and stock rotation
• Analyse parts requirements and usage patterns to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all parts transactions and inventory movements
• Liaise with sales, maintenance and customer service teams to identify parts requirements and resolve equipment-related issues
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships with parts vendors to ensure quality and delivery standards
• Train and develop team members on parts identification, inventory management systems and customer service procedures
• Prepare reports on inventory status, parts usage trends and cost analysis for management review
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for parts handling, storage and distribution
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability and provide technical support on equipment specifications
  

What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in parts management, logistics or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of agriculture heavy equipment, components and parts systems
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, including forecasting and stock control
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and database software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience in supplier management and vendor relationship building
• A solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
• Ability to motivate, mentor and develop junior team members
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in machinery and parts handling
• Previous experience in the agriculture or heavy equipment industry is highly desirable
