Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
Ensure the safe and careful maneuvering of vehicles within the parking area.
Monitor the parking lot to prevent unauthorized parking or accidents.
Keep the parking area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer inquiries and provide directions or assistance when needed.
Report any vehicle damage, security issues, or maintenance needs to management immediately.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a parking attendant or in a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Working Hours & Schedule:
Work Days: 6 days per week (1 day off).
Shift Duration: 9 hours per day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Probation Period (First 3 months): IDR 3,300,000 per month.
Post-Probation (After 3 months): Salary increases to IDR 3,800,000 per month.
Additional Perks: Service charge (tips/operational service fee) is provided on top of the base salary.
