About the Job
As the Search Marketing Specialist, you are to help manage and grow customer acquisition for all of our Supernova brands through the entire Google Adword suite such as Search, Youtube, Shopping, Display etc.
In this role, you are expected to learn and to grow the Search Marketing portfolio and create a strategy to leverage SEM channels to grow the business. You will independently lead, manage and execute all search marketing projects, and drive performance through paid efforts. You will partner closely with other teams on projects related to SEM, and report directly to the Director of Growth to track the business' needs and planned growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Help manage all of Search Marketing channels - Adwords (Search, Youtube, Shopping, Display)
- Develop comprehensive technical audit of our campaign setup and support implementation of all recommendation
- Set-up and aggressively optimize high-volume paid campaigns
- Work closely with brand and growth teams to develop and deploy solutions to support SEM efforts
- Test campaign variants, identify winning insights, creative strategies and targeting sets for constant optimization of campaign and marketing spend efficiency across all SEM channels
- Compile detailed ROI analysis and ensure all accounts are hitting revenue and ROI targets
Your Profile
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in search marketing. Hands-on experience is preferred.
- Action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong analytical skills, must love working with data and technical setups, able to relate to qualitative aspects of work
- “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude as a self-starter, passionate about bringing and trying new ideas with a bias to action personality
- Strong communication skills, works well in a team setting
- Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
- Entrepreneurial drive and be resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Prior experience with tool sets such as Microsoft Excel sheets, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Google Tag Manager a plus
