PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia is a financing company operating in lndonesia and is part of LiuGong, a global heavy equipment manufacturer. This company provides financing solutions for the purchase of heavy equipment and engineering equipment, especially in the construction, mining and related industrial sectors. The head office is located at The Kensington Office Tower, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
Location: Head Office (North Jakarta)
As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure across various business functions, including Finance Accounting, Credit, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources (HR) & General Affairs (GA), Business Operations. This program is designed for high-potential individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and develop a strong foundation in a professional corporate environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative and operational activities within assigned departments (Credit, HR&GA, Business Operations, Information Technology, Finance Accounting)
- Assist in documentation, filing, and data management in an organized manner
- Contribute to ongoing projects or internal initiatives (e.g., data entry, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, asset management, campaign execution, market research, software tester, etc.)
- Prepare reports and conduct simple analysis to support team decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Active university student (minimum in 5th semester) or fresh graduate from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Majoring in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Business Management / Psychology / Information Technology / Accounting / Finance / Law
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Actively involved in campus organizations or extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior internship experience and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Willing to do the internship on site at our office in North Jakarta
