JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns starting from concept creation to launch
- Control and manage the overall budget for paid media
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Keep updated on travel industry best practices and new technologies
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and generate qualified leads across digital advertising platforms.
- Assist in creating, managing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports to evaluate ROI, identify insights, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
- Support and contribute to internal and external marketing communication initiatives.
JOB REQUIEREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with online advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search & Display Network), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing campaigns for international markets is an advantage.
- Experience managing advertising budgets of approximately IDR 1 million per day (or specify the intended currency if not IDR).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in North Jakarta.
