Benefit:
- Range Salary: IDR 4,500,000 – 6,000,000 / Month
- Performance-based bonus (unlocked upon successful completion after the probation period).

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
Half-day on Saturdays (08:00 - 12:00)
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- 2+ years in digital marketing (agency background is a plus ⭐).
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Professional business English proficiency.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is preferred.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Drive end-to-end campaign strategies for assigned clients.
- Manage daily strategic execution and client campaign performance.
- Oversee project timelines across multiple client portfolios.
- Supervise and mentor the Advertiser and Media Buyer teams.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and fine-tune campaigns based on key metrics.
- Report complex data with actionable insights to clients.
- Operate ad platforms and analytics tools seamlessly.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes.
