Deskripsi pekerjaan Paid Ads Specialist PT Altaf Digdaya Indonesia (Cave Men's Grooming)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute media buying strategies across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, & Marketplace Ads).
- Analyze ad performance data and optimize the budget allocation to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed performance goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the Creative & KOL team to produce attractive ads materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Minimum internship or 1 year of experience)
- Skilled in managing and scaling various ads channels, including Marketplace Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads/CPAS, and TikTok Ads.
- Have basic competence regarding how pixels or tracking work.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze the campaign's progression and identify opportunities (Experience in Data analytics tools is a plus point)
- Experience with SEO and how it complements SEM
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude
