Lead and oversee all day-to-day club operations, ensuring seamless coordination between court, F&B, support, and coaching teams. Responsible for service standards, team performance, and operational readiness from pre-opening through steady-state.
1. Oversee all operational departments: Court, F&B, Coaching, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in coordination with AIA
3. Plan and manage staffing rosters, shift assignments, and daily deployment
4. Monitor and maintain court quality, facility upkeep, and cleanliness standards
5. Drive revenue by ensuring court utilization, F&B upselling, and membership retention
6. Handle guest complaints and escalated service issues as final resolution point
7. Conduct daily briefings, weekly team meetings, and monthly performance reviews
8. Coordinate with HR/General Admin on payroll inputs, attendance, and disciplinary matters
9. Report operational KPIs, costs, and incidents directly to the GM/CEO
10. Oversee onboarding of new staff and ongoing training compliance
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Min. 2-5 years experience in hospitality or sports club operations management
• Strong leadership with experience managing multi-department teams (20+ people)
• Fluent in English — primary communication language with expat coaches and guests
• Proficient in HRIS tools (Talenta preferred) and POS systems
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work across both peak shifts
• Understanding of Indonesian labour law (UUCK), BPJS, and employment compliance
