The Club Manager will be responsible for the overall daily operations, strategic development, and financial performance of the Padel Club. Key Responsibilities
* Club Operations & Management
Oversee daily operations including court bookings, facility maintenance, pro shop management, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Manage and optimize the club’s scheduling system for court time, coaching, and events.
Develop and enforce club policies, rules, and procedures to maintain order and high standards.
Manage and monitor club expenses and drive revenue growth across all streams (membership, court fees, retail, events).
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory management, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with all local regulations.

* Staff Leadership & Development
Supervise all club staff, including front desk personnel, maintenance crew, and padel coaches.
Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.

* Membership & Customer Experience
Execute strategies to attract, retain, and grow the customer database and community.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

* Program & Event Coordination
Assist in all programs related to the padel club such as leagues, tournaments, social events, and corporate bookings.
Work with the Head Coach to develop and market coaching programs, clinics, and junior academies.
Ensure that sponsorships and partnerships with brands and third parties are executed effectively.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a management role, ideally within the sports, fitness, hospitality, or recreation industry.
A passion for and knowledge of the sport of padel (or other racquet sports).
Strong financial management skills (budgeting, P&L reporting, cost control) is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Proficiency with club management software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
