The Padel Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory levels, training staff, and fostering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in store management, with expertise in sales and operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree who possess at least five to ten years of experience in store management, operations, and sales.
