We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and experienced Padel Club Manager to oversee the daily operations, community growth, and financial success of our premium padel facility. You will be the face of the club, ensuring an exceptional experience for players, managing facility operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage court maintenance, booking systems, front desk flow, cleanliness, and facility safety.
Financial & Revenue Management: Drive profitability through court rentals, coaching programs, tournaments, pro-shop retail, and F&B services.
Staff Leadership: Supervise front-of-house staff, court attendants, and coordinate with coaching teams.
Community & Marketing: Build player communities, organize social matches or tournaments, and promote off-peak utilization.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in sports clubs, fitness centers, premium hospitality, or guest relations.
Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local and international players.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent customer service, and familiarity with sports booking software/POS systems.
Passion for padel or sports is highly preferred.
