PACKAGING MATERIAL PURCHASING STAFF - IMPORT

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in purchasing import for packaging
• Interested & following the trend of cosmetics & skin care
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities related to the work being handled
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms & pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of import process
• Good command of English (both written and spoken), being able to speak mandarin is a plus.
• Good attitude, Responsive, proactive and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang

About the Job:

• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure smooth purchasing process from PO until goods delivered (QC passed)
• Review & maintain supplier information data base
• Source & evaluate new & existing suppliers
• Maintain & update purchasing report & record
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarder & internal team
• Maintain relationship with suppliers
• Prepare, manage and coordinate import shipment from origin to destination
