Deskripsi pekerjaan Packaging Development Studio Tropik
Responsible for managing end-to-end packaging development for Studio Tropik products, from concept and technical development to testing, validation, and production. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure packaging meets product, quality, functionality, and production requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in end-to-end packaging development, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, printing techniques, and packaging specifications.
- Hands-on experience in primary and secondary packaging development, validation, and testing.
- Able to manage multiple packaging projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and technical drawing tools, with good problem-solving and project management skills.
- Willing to work WFO in Joglo, West Jakarta, and travel to the Gunung Sindur area when required.
