Owned Channel Growth & Optimization

Responsibilities :

- D2C Strategy & Migration: Design and execute strategies to gradually shift customer acquisition and retention from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok shop) to the brand’s own website and WhatsApp channel to maximize profit margins.

- ⁠Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, user experience (UX), product catalog updates, and checkout flow of the brand's own website to optimize conversion rates.

- ⁠WhatsApp Commerce: Structure and optimize the WhatsApp sales funnel, implementing automated workflows, quick replies, and personalized broadcast campaigns to drive repeat purchases.

- ⁠ Retention & Loyalty: Implement CRM or loyalty initiatives on owned channels to increase Lifetime Value.

Marketplace Management & Optimization

- Operations & SLA: Oversee day-to-day operations on regional marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), ensuring store health metrics (ratings, chat response, SLA, and fulfillment) remain excellent.

- ⁠Catalog & SEO: Optimize product listings with accurate details, high-quality visuals, metadata, and SEO-friendly descriptions to maximize organic visibility.

- ⁠Campaign Planning: Build and maintain marketing calendars, coordinate promotional events (twin date, payday, etc), and execute new product launches across all platforms.

Paid Ads, Traffic Generation & Campaign Execution

- Multi-Channel Ads Management: Planning, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across both marketplace internal ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Marketing Solutions) and external traffic sources (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

- ROAS & Budget Control: Allocate ad spend efficiently across platforms to meet and exceed Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets while scaling traffic to the website.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and the creative/design team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience and asset readiness.
