Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, including account setup, campaign configuration, creative/material optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze advertising data and key performance metrics, continuously optimize campaign strategies and budget allocation, and establish scalable advertising optimization models.
- Work closely with the marketing team to participate in brand marketing campaigns. Through advertising, increase brand awareness and conversion rates in the Indonesian market, and take responsibility for campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market. Provide data analysis and strategic recommendations to support brand localization and advertising optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with outstanding experience may be considered with a Diploma (D3).
- Educational Background : Advertising, Marketing, or other related fields
- Language Skills : Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English proficiency is an advantage.
- Work Experience : At least 1 year of overseas advertising experience. Familiar with Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms. Experience in the Indonesian market is preferred. Candidates with experience in 3C products (Consumer Electronics), Home Appliances, or FMCG are preferred.
Professional Requirements
Strong data analysis skills. Proficient in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytical tools.
