Responsibilities
1. Source candidates through job portal, Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal/external stakeholders
4. Maintain recruitment records and reporting
5. Enhance employer branding and build strong candidate pipelines
6. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (either in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working with a target-based recruitment system
- Experience with ATS or recruitment software is a plus
