About the Role
As an Outlet Lead, you'll be ensuring smooth daily operations for Greendash. You will oversee everything from kitchen flow to stock management, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily operations of the outlet
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and waste management
Schedule and manage team shifts effectively
Train and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient kitchen flow
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues on the ground
Maintain outlet cleanliness, organization, and adherence to SOP
Report sales, inventory, and performance updates to management
