Role Objective
To lead and execute end-to-end outlet expansion initiatives, encompassing site identification, feasibility assessment, commercial negotiation, and the successful launch of profitable and scalable locations.
Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential locations across various formats (malls, shophouses, street retail, and commercial areas)
• Conduct market research, including traffic analysis, target customer profiling, and competitive assessment
• Perform financial feasibility analysis, including revenue projections, ROI, and break-even calculations
• Lead negotiations with landlords, mall management, and commercial partners to secure favorable terms
• Manage end-to-end outlet opening processes, including timeline planning, vendor coordination, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with marketing teams on pre-opening initiatives and local activation strategies
• Monitor post-opening performance and analyze gaps between projections and actual results
• Provide actionable insights to optimize performance, support scaling decisions, or recommend closure if required
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/F&B expansion, leasing, or site acquisition
• Demonstrated track record in successfully launching new outlets or branches
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including ROI and BEP analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of hands-on execution with strong problem-solving abilities
