- Job Description :
- Ensure order processing, packing, shipping, and dispatch activities are executed accurately and on time according to SLA.
- Monitor outbound documentation
- Validate PO, invoice, shipping, and related outbound documents before shipment.
- Lead and manage the team
- Coordinate daily operations, manpower allocation, briefing, coaching, and performance monitoring for the outbound team.
- Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch accuracy, SLA achievement, and error rates; prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Handle escalations and stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, client/brand teams, and marketplace operations to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Drive process improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse/fulfillment/logistics operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong understanding of outbound warehouse processes (picking, packing, shipping, returns/rejections) and proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace fulfillment, or 3PL operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
