MARKETING SPECIALIST (ON-SITE)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the short-term rental industry, OTA optimization, revenue strategy, and direct agency relationship management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing property visibility, increasing occupancy rates, and driving revenue growth across multiple distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize property listings across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO
- Monitor listing performance and implement strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct agencies, brokers, and business partners to increase direct bookings
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing adjustments to support revenue optimization
- Coordinate and maintain high-quality listing content, including property descriptions, amenities, and visual presentation in line with company standards
- Track and analyze monthly KPIs and distribution channel performance
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategic improvements based on data analysis
- Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Distribution, or OTA Management within the Daily Rental / Short-Term Rental industry
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms, algorithms, and ranking optimization
- Proficient in Channel Management systems such as Hostfully, PriceLabs, Smoobu, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in handling B2B partnerships and agency negotiations
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
