OTA OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (ON-SITE)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented OTA Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the short-term rental or villa management industry who can effectively manage online booking channels, guest communications, and daily booking operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless reservation processes, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall performance of our villa portfolio across multiple booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda, and other booking channels
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through OTA platforms, direct booking channels, email, and messaging applications
- Process reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests
- Coordinate guest information, arrival details, and stay requirements with the operations team
- Prepare and issue invoices for direct bookings and maintain accurate payment records
- Monitor booking calendars and ensure availability, rates, and restrictions are accurately reflected across all platforms
- Maintain listing information, property descriptions, amenities, house rules, and other content on OTA platforms
- Handle guest reviews and post-stay communications to maintain high platform ratings
- Assist in resolving guest concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate booking records and generate operational reports when required
- Work closely with Operations, Guest Services, and Management teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OTA Operations, Reservations, Guest Services, Hospitality, or Property Management
- Experience managing OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda, or similar channels
- Strong understanding of OTA extranets, reservation management, and booking procedures
- Experience in the short-term rental, villa management, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers such as Hostfully, Guesty, Hostaway, Smoobu, or similar platforms
- Experience handling direct bookings, invoices, and guest-related administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
