OTA, CHANNEL MANAGER & REVENUE SPECIALIST
(Part-Time)
📍 Location: Kaniu Hostel – Kuta, Lombok
🌴 Preference: Lombok preferred | Bali optional
⏰ Hours: 10–15 hours/week
📅 Trial: 1–2 months
🎯 HANDS-ON HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Optimize pricing, control inventory and increase revenue — not just update rates on Booking.com.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize Booking.com, Agoda, Hostelworld & other OTAs.
- Manage PMS & Channel Manager: ensure accurate availability, rates & inventory across platforms.
- Set dynamic pricing based on occupancy, demand & competitors.
- Optimize rates, promotions & inventory.
- Improve ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR & Revenue.
- Monitor OTA performance & provide actionable weekly recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven OTA / Revenue Management experience in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Booking.com, Agoda & Hostelworld.
- Experience with PMS & Channel Managers.
- Able to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Hostel experience is a plus.
