Join us as an Organization and People Development Specialist at PT Tunas Honda (a Part of Tunas Ridean Group) and play a key role in shaping the company's talent and organizational capabilities. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that foster a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. Your strategic insights and expertise will be instrumental in aligning the company's human capital with its overarching business objectives.
What you'll be doing
1. Developing an organizational structure based on the results of an evaluation of the effectiveness of the structure design according to company needs.
2. Updating job descriptions in accordance with the organizational structure to obtain a complete picture of the current activities carried out in each existing position.
3. Organizing the preparation and collection of employee competencies based on the job descriptions for each position.
4. Calculating human resource needs according to company needs to obtain the optimal number of employees.
5. Developing individual development plans based on the results of employee performance mapping and potential.
6. Identifying performance gaps with competencies and compiling training needs analyses.
7. Planning, compiling, and analyzing employee training needs based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
8. Implementing management programs to support and implement new initiatives.
9. Preparing and submitting administrative reports for office events related to employee and organizational development.
10. Disseminating company policies.
11. Ensuring employees maintain a high level of professionalism and competence. in assigned work tasks through internalization of company values.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management or Psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Organization & People Development; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Male/Female
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communicative, proactive, and able to work under pressure
