Job Description
- Develop, review, and maintain organizational structure and manpower planning to support business strategy and operational effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor the performance management process, including KPI development, performance review, calibration, and employee feedback.
- Analyze employee performance and competency data and provide recommendations for promotion, transfer, rotation, and career development.
- Ensure all job descriptions and competency profiles are reviewed, updated, and aligned with organizational and business requirements.
- Ensure organizational policies, competencies, and training programs support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Authority
- Review and approve job descriptions and competency profiles from all functions/departments.
- Access employee performance evaluation and competency assessment results.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding employee promotion, transfer, rotation, and career development.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding organizational structure development and changes.
