Job description
- LMS Management: Manage learning content, learning activities, and analytical reports within the Learning Management System.
- Competency Development: Develop training programs based on training needs analysis to enhance employee competencies.
- Organizational Development (OD): Support talent mapping, performance management, and the maintenance of the organization’s competency directory.
- Training Operations & Facilitation: Coordinate training logistics and deliver training modules directly to participants.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports on competency development progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
- Expert in PowerPoint and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and leadership skills
- Already living in Bali (preferable)
