Job Descripstion
- Analyze and develop organizational structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Design, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) frameworks
- Support the implementation of performance management systems
- Conduct organizational diagnosis and identify improvement areas
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Organization Development
- Strong understanding of Organization Development and Performance Management
- Proven ability to develop SOPs and KPI systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
