PT. Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia is currently looking for Organization & People Development Staff
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee and departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, calibration, and performance appraisals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Maintain job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career path documentation.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects.
• Provide coaching and counselling support to employees to enhance performance and development.
• Prepare reports, analyse people data, and provide recommendations to the HRD Manager and director.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, Organization Development, or Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, and organizational design.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, coaching, skills.
