JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Order Processing Administrator to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle.
Your primary goal is to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately, coordinated with logistics efficiently, and delivered on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process incoming orders accurately and timely.
- Verify order details, including correct pricing, product inventory availability, shipping addresses, and customer payment status.
- Generate shipping documents, such as sales invoices, delivery orders, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to streamline packaging, pickup, and dispatch.
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics delays or delivery issues.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an Order Processing Admin, Sales Administrator, Marketplace Admin, or in a similar operations role.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, warehouse) and external partners.
