We are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to support day-to-day customer operations within a managed services environment. This role focuses on accurate order processing, billing coordination, and customer support, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with defined SOPs, system rules, and SLAs.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP/Oracle, including order creation, amendments, cancellations, and rush orders
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, billing, and documentation
- Support billing & invoicing activities and coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer master data and pricing information in SAP/Oracle
- Monitor and record customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with operational controls and documentation standards
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Sales Order Management, Billing, or Supply Chain Operations
- Exposure to order fulfilment, invoicing, or customer service operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- Good time management and task prioritization skills
- Experience with SAP or Oracle systems is mandatory
- English communication skills (spoken & written - there will be a test)
