Order Management Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
2. Coordinate with Merchandisers, Planning, Production, and related departments to ensure orders are processed according to requirements.
3. Follow up on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.
4. Maintain and update order details, including order quantities, styles, delivery dates, and other customer requirements.
5. Monitor Time & Action (T&A) and ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule.
6. Follow up on order changes, delays, and other issues and communicate updates to the Merchandising Team.
7. Prepare and maintain order tracking reports and related documentation.
8. Ensure accurate and timely communication of order information to relevant departments.
9. Support Merchandisers in monitoring order fulfillment and delivery commitments.

Requirements

1. Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business Administration, Textile, Fashion, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2. 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Merchandising, or related roles.
3. Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is preferred.
4. Understanding of garment production and order processes is an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
6. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
8. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
9. Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
