About the Role
The Order Capture role is responsible for converting customer requirements and product specifications into accurate orders in the ERP system, while ensuring all materials, components, dimensions, and BOM information are complete and correct.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain order details in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure complete documentation.
- Interpret house plans, product specifications, dimensions, materials, and components.
- Review and verify BOMs, including product materials, components, and quantities.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum D3/S1 All major, preferably engineering or science
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with an ERP or CRM system is a plus.
- Computer proficient and detail-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or Bill Of Material knowledge is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi (Cibubur)
