Deskripsi pekerjaan Oracle ERP Functional Consultant PT Trees Solutions
We are looking for a ERP Functional Consultant in our team who will be responsible for:
- Identify and gather user business requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle ERP system requirements
- Proactively creating a solution design
- Configure and set up the application system to support the proposed model
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration and customization
- Running internal testing and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and support end-users during Go-Live
- Maintain and improve all project documentation
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
For this role, we need someone who:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Finance/ Accounting/ Industrial Engineering / or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as an ERP consultant
- Strong knowledge of project management and oracle product/module
- Ability to map business processes to Oracle functionalities
- Having experience in oracle ERP is a plus
- Strong understanding of at least one core business area (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing)
- Multitasking and an on-time person with flexible working hours
- A team player, fast learner, and creative
- Having good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
- Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- English proficiency is a must
