Job Description:

Training and HR Activity Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the execution of all activities related to the Training and HR departments.

Scheduling and Cross-Functional Coordination: Develop and maintain the company's training and HR activity schedules. Coordinate with relevant departments and team leaders to establish realistic and effective schedules.

Training Resources and Logistics: Ensure that trainees have all the necessary resources, equipment, facilities, software, and materials required to complete their training effectively. Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange training rooms, workstations, computers, software access, internet connectivity, and other logistical requirements.

Operational Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of scheduled HR and training activities to ensure they are completed on time. Maintain an organized tracking system for schedules, task assignments, deadlines, and activity completion.

International HR Coordination and Communication: Maintain daily communication and coordination with the HR Managers in the Philippines and Nepal and with the CEO to ensure alignment of HR activities, schedules, and operational priorities across locations.

Process Improvement and Administration: Establish and maintain effective systems for scheduling, coordination, and activity monitoring. Develop and maintain documentation, schedules, checklists, and operational tracking reports.

Job Qualification:

Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Psychology or Law.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Ops Supervisor.

English: Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and different stakeholders.

Comfortable working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, project management platforms, and other office productivity software.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong accountability.

Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Able to manage multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Able to understand, uphold, and demonstrate Christian values and principles in daily work.

Willing to relocate to Belitung, Indonesia, and be based at the company's designated work location.
